Animals
Our obsession. Animals. The kid enjoys trucks and blocks and trains, like any other almost two year old should. But really what he LOVES are animals. And as of late, the obsession has morphed into grouping them all together in random places. And if one is lying down, all are lying down. If one is standing up, all are standing up. He received a set of wild animals in a little clear zippered bag from Abuelita (my grandma) for Christmas and during anytime that MJ is awake those animals are out and about. Here's some proof.

Didn't know that the nativity was also attended by hippos and lions and giraffes, oh my! :) What darling pics, and, boy, do they bring back memories. Sean's obsession at this age was matchbox cars. He would lay on his tummy on the floor and line them all up - first end to end, then side to side, etc. Don't you just wish you could see what was going on in their heads in those moments?! Markus' animal activities make him seem SO grown-up and ready to be a big brother. :) Take care.
Kels, What fun pictures and like Megan said-they bring back lots of memories. His daddy always had them all "in order" also. He is a "thinker". THese pics are great. Could we please have one of the nativity? Bunches of love, linda
