Update

So Boo will not be having the extensive surgery 2. The neurosurgeon believes that the site of his problem is centrally located within the same area as Boo's language and cognition, and feels it would be too risky to cut any portion of that area out. At 1:00 p.m. today they will be removing the grids and the electrodes from his brain and he will be home in a couple of days. It is a bittersweet time for all of us- we are sad that he will not be able to have this procedure, but thankful that we are not on the other side of it without him able to communicate with us. We thank you for your continued prayers and encouragement for him and his family.

We understand the "bittersweet". How good to know that our loving Father's hand is on this situation. Still praying for all, Meg

Our hearts are sad; it seems that this is a time when it is hard to trust God's hand but we can trust His heart. Will keep praying, mama & papa w.

Mark and Kels,
I am so sorry that Boo will not be able to have the second surgery. It is so hard to understand sometimes. But there is a difference between understanding and trusting. We will continue to pray for physical, spiritual, and emotional needs during this time.
